What’s coming down the road? Melbourne panel discussion

Thank you to the many colleagues from across the wider parking community who joined us as we considered what’s coming down the road – evolution (or revolution) in parking and mobility technology – and why.

Our panel looked at the trends they’re seeing locally and overseas; the session will include Q&A and interactive audience discussion.

Our speakers:

Josh Bakhbakhi, CAVU

Josh is the Head of Growth, APAC for CAVU, having spent 10 years in various roles for SKIDATA in Australia – most recently as Director of Sales & Marketing, APAC – as well as previously holding parking operations roles for Scentre Group at multiple assets in Queensland.

Josh has sponsored some of the most high-profile parking technology projects in recent times in the region, with his passion, technical expertise, and customer orientated approach being recognisable hallmarks of his professional framework.

 

Craig Logan, EasyPark ANZ 

Craig joined EasyPark in Australia in early 2014 and has been instrumental in building the EasyPark ANZ business since then.

Craig is Executive General Manager and is focussed on the distribution and sales of all EasyPark products and services.

Prior to joining EasyPark, Craig has held senior management roles at Datacom (technology), Tenix (parking management) and McMillan Shakespeare (ASX listed company).

 

Jocelyn Chiew, City of Melbourne

Jocelyn Chiew is an Architect, Landscape Architect and Urban Designer. As Director City Design at the City of Melbourne, she plays a key role in creating and enabling inclusive, sustainable and enduring public spaces. Jocelyn leads the city’s in-house multidisciplinary design practice. City Design plans, designs and delivers council strategies and public works, and provides design review for significant development proposals. Jocelyn also leads the city’s Design Excellence Program and is Deputy Chair of the Melbourne Design Review Panel. Her industry appointments include member of the Victorian Design Review Panel, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects, member of Gender Equity Victoria’s Put Her Name on It Reference Group, and former State and National Councillor at the Australian Institute of Architects.  You can follow Jocelyn on Instagram at @thecityarchitect

 

Lena Zaltash, Melbourne Airport

Lena, as Head of Commercial for Ground Transport at Melbourne Airport, leads revenue delivery for one of Australia’s largest ground transport portfolios. Joining Melbourne Airport in 2019, she has overseen significant technology transformation, steered the parking strategy during the pandemic and has driven revenue recovery as the world opened up while delivering groundbreaking improvements to customer experience.

Prior to Melbourne, Lena spent 7.5 years with Cairns and Mackay Airports leading the Passenger Products team responsible for ground transport and customer products.
