UbiPark launches in-car parking app with Porsche
UbiPark has launched, in conjunction with Porsche, a parking app that provides Australian owners with a contactless and convenient parking experience, directly from their vehicle.
The Porsche Park app allows owners to open car park boom-gates and make payments via the in-car Porsche Communication Management (PCM) touchscreen, accessing the app via Apple CarPlay.
The end-to-end parking experience is currently available via participating locations across Melbourne, including high profile sites such as the Arts Centre Melbourne & 114 Flinders Street.
Mosstyn Howell, CEO of UbiPark expects availability to roll out nationally in the ‘second half of 2021.’

With the technology readily available, it makes no sense to have queues of people at ticket machines or blocking the boom gate.
